    I have the same bank back home in my country. It is so sad that here it works different, it is more expensive and less benefits for customers

    Terrible, one of the worst...cannot get a simple question answered without a major runaround and transfer call, transfer call, wait, wait on hold and never get any satisfaction. My question was; is my new visa card at the branch for pick up?? This should not take 3 calls and no response.

    Prompt, good service, multilingual staff. Saturday hours are helpful too.

    I had a great experience with the Financial advisor at this location. Wanted to set up a saving plan and consolidate my debt which the advisor not only helped me with that, he took the initiative and set up a banking plan that match my spending habit.
