  The specials are very good. I not a big fan of their baked goods. The staff are friendly especially Rob who works at the seafood station.

  Love going here for sandwiches and regular groceries alike. Also while the flower selection is average, their customer service is incredible - in particular Phillip did an outstanding job servicing our flower selection and wrapping needs. Made for a great table centerpiece. Thanks Phillip!

  Love the new store! Always have great specials for meat, as well many other items. Other grocery stores in West Vancouver are more expensive, in my experience.

  Great grocery store. Choices are extensive as well there is a section dedicated to natural/organic groceries and dairy products so good to find healthier and different types of food. Not as extensive as Whole Foods but the prices are nicer on the wallet. Lots of staff keeping the shelves stocked, their deli and prepared foods selection is great as well as a large amount of soups and salads and sandwiches. Great spot to get a quick lunch. They have a point system in place whereby you get rewarded for purchasing products on the weekly offers dedicated to your purchasing history. This cumulates into $$ which can be used on future purchases. They also have crazy cheap Sunday specials on dedicated items that are normally in the high price range (seafood and beef).
