  By far the WORST service ever... these woman are beyond rude, ignorant and should NOT be working on customer service. I have filed a formal complaint with the mall and i am filing a formal complaint with the company soft moc... I have told my friends and family not to shop here and i will tell anyone who will listen my horrible experience.

  If there was a negative rating I would give it a -5 star. This Park Royal Softmoc store is rude, unhelpful, and judgmental. I was looking for some trail sandals, and other outdoor gear, thus dressing for comfort, not out for the runway show. The sales associate smirked at my request if there was another size 9 for purchase, as the one she gave me to try had some sort of brown/yellow blob on a black sandal. She replied, that is only one, not even going to the back to pretend to check. I highly double it was the only one, as it wasn't on sale, and it was full price at 160.00. Needless to say, I'd left the sandal, and went over to Walk with Ronson, which I had the best service and found an even better pair of trail sandals. As well, all the other customers that was at Softmoc was in Walk with Ronson shortly after. DO NOT GO TO PARK ROYAL SOFTMOC EVER. There or other shops, who appreciate customers.

  This place is great!!! Good price for Converse. The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. Artivan was the gentleman that helped me and I must say I'd be back on his service alone never mind the great prices. Thanks Artivan

  The one lady that works here, my understanding is she is the manager, her hair is shorter on one side, is by far the rudest person I have ever met working in customer service. If you ask for a size she tells you to go home and order it online. She is rude to everyone ! I can't stand to be in the store because the vibe is so negative. Honestly soft moc get it together, looks like there has been some pretty valuable feedback left for you by lots of people!!
